Tender Description
As part of our Communication Strategy, Roper Gulf Regional Council would like to adopt a new appearance for our 2021-22 Regional Plan that is equally engaging from a visual aspect as it is clear and concise with communicating corporate information and statistics. We would also like to update our corporate image and graphic design assets and are looking for a Graphic Design artist who can work closely with the Communications Officer to deliver various design tasks in an ongoing arrangement and in a timely manner.
Therefore, the Design Project is in two parts.
Part One: Graphic Design Agency or freelance Graphic Design Artist who can create a new appearance for our Council's 2021-22 Regional Plan and work with staff to deliver the completed Regional Plan by the due date. This includes a clear layout of information, appropriate graphs/tables and engaging content.
Part Two: Graphic Design agency or freelance Graphic Design Artist to provide a proposal for a ongoing collaboration with Roper Gulf Regional Council to work directly with the Communications Officer on smaller, regular design tasks. These will include:
- Refreshing and updating Council's Identity Guide/Style Guide
- Social Media Graphics
- Event Graphics
- Template Design for Policies, Letters and Media Releases
- Posters for communities etc.
