Tender Description
Joss Facility Management has been successul in securing the Land and Housing Asset Maintenance Services Contract for sites in the area, with a commencement date of 1st July 2021.
We are seeking a registration of interest from suitably qualified, current and prospective local subcontractors, Tradesmen, Suppliers for responsive Maintenance, servicing, vacant restorations, upgrades, cleaning and grounds maintenance works.
