Tender Description
The Campbelltown City Council invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of an experienced and qualified consultant(s) to develop, in collaboration with Council and the community through engagement with relevant stakeholders, a full business case that considers whether there is a local need for a PAC (Performing Arts Centre), as well as whether there is a gap in the Adelaide market for such a Centre in the Council area. The business case would include options for a business model for managing and operating a new PAC and would use the vision that has been developed by Council as a starting point
