Tender Description
Council invites expressions of interest for the purchase of a block of land in Gulargambone.
The land is situated at 22-24 Munnell Street, having an area of 2130.9 square metres (Lot 32 in DP516316). It is zoned RU5.
Written expressions of interest, together with details of proposed use of the land, will be received by the General Manager, PO Box 249, Coonamble NSW 2829, up to 5pm on Thursday, 18 February, 2021.
Submissions will be tabled at Council's meeting of Wednesday, 10 March, 2021, for determination.
