ROI Possum Monitoring Horizons Regional Council

⁠⁠⁠Horizons Regional Council (Horizons) is seeking qualified possum monitoring contractors to deliver monitoring operations across the region over the next three years (2021-2024). The process will be a two staged open market process:
1) Registration of Interest (ROI)
2) Request for Proposal (RFP)

This ROI is the first formal step in the process and is intended to be of minimal effort for respondents and allow Horizons to create a shortlist of suppliers to invite to enter the RFP process.

The outcome for this procurement will be an arrangement that will deliver monitoring services with confidence across the Horizons region. The region will be divided into two areas, and could result in different supplier undertaking work west of the Rangitikei River and another supplier undertaking work east of the Rangitikei River.

Please note this contract is for possum monitoring only and is not the possum control contract. Horizons want the monitoring contract and possum control contracts to be operated by different operators. So, being successful in monitoring would preclude a supplier from being considered for possum control.
