Tender Description
Barcoo Shire Council is seeking proposals via a formal tender process to enter into a three-year lease agreement with the option to purchase a roadhouse, three caravan parks and a fuel pod at the end of the lease agreement.
The Council would like to have agreement(s) in place for all four facilities (‘individually or collectively’) with the successful tenderer(s) responsible for operational, maintenance and insurance costs by March/April 2021. So new operator(s) can commence trading under ‘their own business model’ that complies with the Council’s requirements and contract terms and conditions.
