Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the refurbishment of Primrose Park Tennis Courts in Neutral Bay, North Sydney.
Works will generally include:
Refurbishment of the existing 4 x tennis courts – This will include a new reinforced concrete base slab (2645m2), new playing surface & tennis court infrastructure, tennis wall and soft fall playing area, upgraded lighting to comply with lighting regulations, replacement of the seating shelters and storage areas.
Refurbishment of the existing Club House Building (Internal Fit-out) – This will include replacing the existing showers and toilet facilities, improving access facilities, providing ventilation and new lighting.
A Pre-Tender meeting will be held on TUESDAY 23 FEBRUARY 2021, commencing at 10:00am at North Sydney Council in the Ros Crichton Pavilion.
