The Way Back Support Service

Brisbane North PHN is inviting tenders from eligible organisations to deliver The Way Back Support Service in the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital catchment from 2020/21 to 30 June 2023. Continuation of the service beyond June 2023 will be dependent upon availability of Commonwealth funding. Applications are strongly encouraged from a collaboration or consortium of organisations with a commitment to ensuring the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and LGBTI+ clients are met in a safe and appropriate manner.
