Expressions of interest are sought from suitably capable and experienced Strata Management Companies for Strata Management Services to a new 617 apartment 3 tower high-rise mixed use residential and retail development next to Granville Train Station.
Shortlisting will be merited on size of type of portfolio share, experience of the personnel proposed, compatibility with the developer, stability, understanding, management fees, etc.
