Standing Panel of Compulsory Conference Conciliators

⁠⁠⁠The Office of the Education Registrar is an independent statutory authority responsible for managing the compulsory conciliation process for non-attendance at school. Conferences are run by independent conciliators.

The Registrar Education is seeking expressions of interest for appointment to the current Standing Panel of Compulsory Conference Conciliators. The contract term expires February 2025. Submissions are sought from suitably qualified persons with demonstrated conciliation experience with vulnerable and complex school aged children and their families, an understanding of the Tasmanian Education System and connections with community and private service providers.
