Tender Description
Council are seeking quotations from experienced shed suppliers and builders to supply and erect 3no. sheds within Central Darling Local Government Area.
The 3 locations are Wilcannia NSW 2836, Ivanhoe NSW 2878 and Menindee NSW 2879. See attached site plans
The Wilcannia shed is to provide 3 enclosed working bays with electric roller shutters on 2 and 1 working bay with single personal access door. Cocrete flooring to these 3 bays. At the same roof height there are 4 proposed open front storage bays with no concrete floor.
The Ivanhoe and Menindee sheds are to be 4 proposed open front storage bays with no concrete floor.
The attached proposed storage shed plans are provided as a desirable size only. Council will consider shed designs of similar dimensions.
All exterior components are to be in colorbond. All are to include gutters and downpipes.
All pier designs to be based on class P reactive soils
