The City of Gosnells is seeking Expressions of Interest to lease and operate a café from premises in the Agonis Building, at 2232 Albany Highway, Gosnells.
Features of the premises include:
- 72sqm internal area with a 37sqm alfresco dining area
- Located within the Agonis Building which includes a library, community hall, Gosnells Business Station and Lottery House complex.
- Adjacent to the Gosnells Town Square Redevelopment
- 5-year lease with a further option of 5 years at a rent of $15,000pa (plus GST).
