RFP for Invercargill City Council Streetscapes Project Quantity Surveying Services

⁠⁠⁠Invercargill City Council (ICC) intends to appoint a Quantity Surveying firm with whom ICC will enter into a contract for delivery of priority Streetscape projects identified within the Invercargill City Centre Master Plan.

Our Priorities
The Council is looking to work with a Quantity Surveying firm who has the capacity, capability and experience to deliver the project and provide the following benefits:

• An open and transparent, collaborative working environment between the Council, Contractor and Designers
• Clear understanding of the Masterplan design developed for the City and how the priority projects identified in the masterplan can be implemented to avoid any delay to the opening of projects in the City including Invercargill Central and the Langland's Hotel
• Ability to use the contractors input to improve the design outputs and remove project risk.
• Ensure the delivered project does not exceed available funding
