Tender Description
Kawerau District Council would like to afford suitably qualified contractors the opportunity to submit a tender for Stage 2 of the Kawerau Town Centre Redevelopment: Hardscaping and Minor Safety Improvements.
The works are outlined on the drawings appended to the tender documents. The works include demolition and excavation of the existing Town Centre infrastructure, the construction of new concrete footpaths, retaining walls and raised concrete pedestrian crossings.
