Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of High Voltage Network Lidar Scanning of Hunter Waters Tomago Borefields.
1. Background
Hunter Water operate a predominately 33kV Overhead electricity network in the Tomago Bore Fields which extending around Grahamstown Dam from Tomago to Balickera Lemon Tree Passage that requires Lidar surveying as part of proof of diligent ownership.
The Hunter Water High Voltage Network is directly adjacent to the Williamtown RAAF Base & Airport. Any and all requirements by the Williamtown RAAF Base & Airport for operation of scanning equipment in this location shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
The Hunter Water High Voltage Network runs over several public use roads including the Pacific Highway in three separate locations. Pacific Highway passes will need to be scanned but need not be directly passed over.
Several spans of the network pass over waterways clear visibility is possible across the span however may be difficult for ground based units to traverse.
2. Duration of Contract
Completion date for the project is by 31 May 2021.
