Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced specialist sports infrastructure consultants, for Contract No. Q038/2020, Design of Treloar Tennis Facility Redevelopment.
This is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Schedule of Prices. Council has secured funding for this project, prepared concept designs and obtained conditional development approval for this project. The Scope of Works for the successful consultant shall be generally the tennis and civil infrastructure, as detailed in Section 3 of the accompanying documents, with the deliverables complying with the Project Standards and Specifications listed in Section 5. Design coordination with the clubhouse redevelopment design (by others) will be required.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
