BGIS is a leading provider of integrated real estate, facilities management, project delivery, professional services and workplace solutions.
BGIS’ services include the procurement and management of the preventative maintenance and reactive works program, and accordingly BGIS is seeking Expressions of Interest from suppliers for the delivery of scheduled, periodical and reactive Cleaning services to a selected property list in South Australia (including regional locations). The properties to be managed is for a State Government client.
The proposed initial term offered to the successful tenderers will be 3 years, with options to extend, after which time, the services may be put to the market, or the incumbents offered extensions based on performance and value for money over the initial term.
