The Shire of Dandaragan will re-tender the Jurien Bay Foreshore Pavilion building project after the original contract, awarded in May 2021, was terminated. Council declined a request from the builder for a substantial increase to the tendered price for the construction works and the contract has since been terminated with the builder. The new public tender will be advertised during October 2021.

The pavilion is an important part of the Jurien Bay Foreshore redevelopment and the Shire looks forward to engaging a new builder to deliver the project.
