Tender Description
Strathfield Council invites EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to fit out and operate a cafe in Strathfield Park, under a licence for 5-years (with an option for another 5 years).
The intention of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process is to establish if there is significant interest and benefit to the community to proceed with this business case.
