Tender Description
Taupo District Council (TDC) has identified a need to replace its existing on premise PABX telephony system.
Limitations with the current system were highlighted during the recent Covid-19 lockdown with contact centre staff unable to work effectively from home. With an increasing trend towards remote working and a proposed future adoption of activity based working methods, a more flexible solution is required that is both location and device independent.
