Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a classroom Infill (Block H) and craft room refurbishment (Block F) at the Darling Point Special School, located at 368 Upper Esplanade, Manly QLD 4179.
The works includes design and construction of a full new small classroom as well as general refurbishment. The position of the buildings are within the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed during Term 1, 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M
