Project EST0013PH2 Defence Fuel Transformation Program Tranche 2 Facilities Project

⁠⁠⁠The elements of the Project are the site works ("The Works", and Design Services ("The Services"). This Invitation to Register seeks applications from interested parties to act as Design Services Consultant to provide "The Services" to achieved the planned scope of "The Works" below.

The DFTP Tranche 2 Facilities Project scope of works is summarised as follows:

• Garden Island/ Fleet Base East, Potts Point NSW DFI(M) - Create new wharf for use by Self Propelled Water Fuel Lighter (PWFL).

• HMAS STIRLING, Garden Island, WA, DFI (G) - Replace underground tanks with above ground tanks.

• Bindoon Training Area, WA, DFI(G) - Replace underground tanks with above ground tanks.

• Borneo Barracks, Cabarlah, QLD, DFI(G) - Create new DFI(G). Relocation works.

• Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera, QLD, DFI(G) - Create new DFI(G). Remediation works.

• Lavarack Barracks, Townsville, QLD, DFI(G) - Replace underground tanks with above ground tanks.

• Puckapunyal Military Area, VIC, DFI(G) - Create new DFI(G). Remediation works.

• RAAF Base Darwin, NT, DFI(G) - Replace underground tanks with above ground tanks.

• RAAF Base Townsville, QLD, DFI(G) - Create new DFI(G). Remediation works.

• RAAF Base Learmonth, WA, DFI(A), DFI(P/G) - Expand DFI(A). Create new DFI(G) integrated with CEPS. Remediation works.

• RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW, DFI(G) - Create new DFI(G). Remediation works.

• ATS Monegeetta, VIC, DFI(G) - Create new DFI(G). Remediation works.

At ADSCS Geraldton, WA, DFI(P/G) - Replace underground tanks with above ground tanks
