Tender Description

Horowhenua District Council (“Council”), owns the Levin Historic Courthouse Building nestled within the Nola Simpson Rose Gardens.

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties to develop the building as a vibrant modern destination, using the facility for the greatest benefit.

Council wishes to ensure that the property is developed in such a way that it adds interest and value to the Levin CBD. If developed appropriately, the centrally located site offers a significant opportunity to attract high numbers of both local and visitor traffic.

Offering flexibility, Council has no preconceived notions on how the building will be developed and is happy to consider proposals.

Copies of the document detailing the EOI for Levin Historic Courthouse Building are available under 'Related Information' or in hard copy at Council's Main Office at 126 Oxford Street, Levin.
