Tender Description

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the demolition of 2 pavilions at the Quirindi Showground, and the construction of 1 new pavilion in the same location.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
· Demolition of 2 pavilions
· Construction of a new pavilion utilising an 'off the shelf' shed design
· Construction of a canteen within the new pavilion
· Construction of new amenities within the new pavilion
· Replacement of electrical distribution boards
· Construction of water and sewerage services for the building
