• Decommissioning and demolition of existing infrastructure and services including all underground equipment;
• Construction of FQCC building including earth and concrete works;
• Installation of ICT, electrical, fire, mechanical, hydraulics, security, and sewerage works; and
• Construction of roads and pavements around the FQCC.
