Tender Description
Construction of the Ancillary Building (Wharf Substation).
The works includes but is not limited to:
• Preparation of area including detailed excavations;
• Building structure and envelope including foundations, blockwork, steel installation and roof cladding;
• Minor civil works including kerbs, footpaths and pavement tie ins;
• Supply and installation of all final finishes and furniture, fixtures and equipment as noted in consultant schedules;
• Supply, install and commissioning of all services including communications, electrical, hydraulic, fire and mechanical services (including in-ground services) up to work package boundary;
• Compliance with all noted consultant specifications; and
• Exclusion: Electrical package will install substation equipment and make connections.
