Provision of Event Management Services for Sideshow Alley

⁠⁠⁠Toowoomba’s strategic goal is to be recognised as Australia’s premier regional city by positioning the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (TCOF) as the leading floral and horticultural event in Australia. TCOF is held annually in September and attracts over 250,000 attendees annually.

TCOF incorporates 15 flagship events, which are hosted by Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) including a Side Show Alley activation. The Side Show Alley event is held across 3 days in the heart of the CBD in the beautiful Queens Park.

Offeror will be required to event manage Side Show Alley during the third weekend in September.
