Tender Description
This invitation to supply is for the provision of a reliable and cost-effective Automated Financial Reconciliation and Disbursement System for the South Australian Government.
In line with the SA Governments procurement policies Shared Services SA (SSSA) has initiated this procurement to review the capability of the market, ensure the State is receiving a cost-effective system and consider renewing or replacing the existing Automated Reconciliation and Disbursement System.
The Automated Reconciliation System is to ensure SSSA can effectively deliver financial reconciliations, exception management, payment disbursement management and reporting to its client agencies while complying with the SA Government Cyber Security Framework.
The acquisition and implementation of an Automated Reconciliation System should enable SSSA to provide all specified services for the life of the contract.
The proposed contract is for a period of five (5) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) years.
The intention of appointing a sole provider for the system and its implementation, migration of existing automated reconciliations and disbursements and ongoing support and maintenance.
