Tender Description
Registrations of Interest (ROI) are being sought from companies interested in attending a market briefing to find a multidiscipline service company (Respondent) to construct a new sludge Thermal Drying Facility (TDF), at the New Plymouth Waste Water Treatment Plant (NPWWTP). The New Plymouth District Council (Buyer) requires a Respondent to install the sludge drying plant and its ancillary equipment (supplied by others) and construct all building, structural, civil and services work (designed by others) that is to house the new Dryer equipment.
The purpose of this ROI and the following procurement process is to enable the Buyer to select a preferred tenderer. Respondent(s) who attend the market briefing will be invited to participate in a closed tender process.
