Tender Description
Expression of Interests are sought for the renovations to the Roman Catholic Dioceses of Toowoomba Presbytery located at 154 James Street Toowoomba. The existing building is circa 1921 and it’s form is brick masonry walls, timber floors and roof framing, and a tiled roof.
The renovation works include but are not limited to:
- Localised earthworks to improve site drainage
- Foundation works to stabilise the structure
- Demolition and alterations of the internal layout
- Renewal of existing services Inspect and renew as required

A non-mandatory site instection will be held onsite at 10:00am Wednesday 13 January 2021.
