Construction of Gateway Playspace

The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Construction of Gateway Reserve Playspace (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 38D1).

Tenderers are advised that Council’s preference is for Works to commence no later than 1 March 2021 and the project must be completed by no later than 30 June 2021.

Please refer to Principal amendments to AS 4000-1997 Clause 47 (in this tender document) – the Principal authorises the Contractor to, and the Contractor must, manage or control the Workplace to the extent necessary to discharge the duties imposed on a principal contractor under the OH&S Regs etc.
