Panel of Real Estate Agents to Market and Sell Council Land

⁠⁠⁠Federation Council wishes to create a panel of licenced real estate agents to market and sell Council owned real estate.

Council currently has industrial land across its three Industrial Estates located in Corowa, Howlong and Mulwala. In addition, Council periodically will resolve to dispose of land and/or buildings that it considers to be surplus to requirements. To assist Council in fulfilling these resolutions, the services of real estate agents are now sought.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from licenced real estate agencies or individual licenced agents who wish to be considered for inclusion on a panel until 2pm, Monday 11 January 2021.

Once formed, the panel will be constituted for a period of five years.

Late Expression of Interest (EOI) responses will not be considered.
