Tender Description
Ports North (PN) is responsible for the development and management of port facilities vital to the development of Cairns and regional centres in Far North Queensland. The Corporation has extensive property, marina, tourism and cargo facilities in Cairns and its regional ports.
PN invites tenders from suitably experienced contractors for the provision of Scheduled and Unscheduled Air Conditioning Maintenance Services in the Port of Cairns. The contract is for a three (3) year term, with an option for two (2) extensions of one year.
A Tenderer’s inspection of the main Cairns Seaport buildings will be conducted at 10.00am on Wednesday 13th January 2021. Tenderers are to register their interest for this inspection by contacting the Principal’s Tender Contact. Attendance at the inspection is compulsory.
