⁠⁠⁠Civic Centre Cafe Singleton Council ("Council") is seeking expressions of interest for the lease of the Civic Centre cafe, bar and kitchen located at 2-4 Civic Avenue, Singleton NSW 2330. The Civic Centre precinct is a large multi-purpose function centre with commercial kitchen, bar, foyer, auditorium, stage and two (2) x change rooms. The venue is currently used by local schools, community groups and businesses to hold functions ranging from stage shows, debutante balls, art exhibitions, school presentations, conferences, exhibitions and religious services.

The Civic Centre has a large outdoor space. Council is currently exploring opportunities for the beautification of this space, which will provide additional outdoor café seating once complete. The site offers a wide range of options for an innovative, experienced operator to deliver a much-needed café, hospitality and function venue.
