Tender Description
Invitation to Tender to engage panels of contractors for the provision of construction materials for a period of three years, with two x one-year options to extend the terms of the contract. Contract commencing 01 March 2021 for Wollongong and Shoalhaven City Council's. Contract commencing 01 July 2021 for Shellharbour City Council and Kiama Municipal Council. The options to extend the terms of the contracts will be exercisable at the sole discretion of the relevant Council. Tenderers can Tender on all or any of the Schedules or parts thereof as determined.
