Streetscape Upgrade - Copperfield Drive, Rosemeadow

Campbelltown City is a designated strategic centre and is just 53kms from the Sydney CBD, covering an area of 312 km2.
The City is home to more than 160,000 people with the population expected to reach 270,000 by 2031, and is a significant centre for the Macarthur region, providing a broad range of services and facilities including a major hospital, university, two TAFE colleges, arts centre, public transport, large shopping centres and a growing commercial and industrial sector.
Our location on the F5 provides residents and visitors with easy access to the wider Sydney metropolitan area. Residents enjoy this proximity while valuing the natural environment surrounding the city, including the Georges River, Scenic Hills, extensive bushland and rural lands.
Council's principal service centre is located at the Civic Centre in Queen Street, Campbelltown.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Council requires a suitably experienced organisation to install a series of street greening initiatives to Copperfield Drive Rosemeadow (between Fitzgibbon Lane and Ophelia Street) - approximately 700m.
Scope of works include Site Preparation and Establishment, Demolition, minor Earthworks, Drainage works for street trees and passive irrigation opportunities, Hardworks including, edges, and walls and sandstone placement; Softworks including planting, mulching, soil works and turf; Signage including custom made educational signage; maintenance period of 26 weeks.
Council will be supplying all trees and plants required under the contract. Coordination of the delivery of such items will be discussed with the Successful Tenderer.
