Printing and Distribution of Council Rates Notices and Animal Registration Notices

⁠⁠⁠Ipswich City Council is seeking tenders for the printing and distribution of Council rates notices, reminder notices and animal registration notices, including the following billing services:

• Printing and distribution of Council Rates Notices;

• Printing and distribution of Animal registration renewal notices;

• Electronic delivery and lodgement of notices (including creation of user accounts);

• Maintain an archive of notices in ‘pdf’ or similar format; and

• Provide a customer registration and validation service to manage pdf version (electronic notice).

Separable Portions

Council reserves the right to award different printing and distribution of notices to one or more Suppliers dependant on the evaluation process. Suppliers are invited to provide a submission for one or both of the following Separable Portions:

a) Printing and distribution of Council Rates Notices and Animal Registration Renewal notices;

b) Electronic delivery and lodgement of notices.

Council is committed to engaging suppliers that can provide accurate, on time, fit for purpose and value for money printing services to Ipswich ratepayers throughout a long-term contract.
