Tender Description

The Women's Housing Company is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experience maintenance contractors, for a minimum 5 year Maintenance Agreement for the completion of responsive, planned and vacant works. The tender is for properties located in 3 contract areas; Eastern Sydney, Western Sydney and Regional NSW being primarily the Hunter and Coffs Harbour areas. Interested parties are invited to tender for 1 or more contract areas of maintenance works.
