JCU is inviting expressions of interest from suitably licenced and experienced food and beverage retail operators who have the capacity to deliver high quality Bistro services for the Townsville Student Accommodation, which is currently under construction on the Bebegu Yumba Campus.
The innovative Bistro is currently at design phase which will allow some input into “Design” by the successful operator. The construction is set for completion by December 2021 with occupancy available a short time after and operation to commence towards the end of January 2022.
JCU invites Expressions of Interest to offer for a 5 year lease.
