The purpose of this Contract is for Council to engage a suitably qualified Civil Works contractor to complete the 2020-21 Blackspot Program Project which involves the installation of road safety devices such as flat-top speed humps, asphalt road cushions, a raised pedestrian threshold and a splitter island within various locations of the municipality.
