Tender Description
The Principal seeks to upgrade a section of the wastewater network in Feilding as part of the development and growth in precinct 4. The project involves installing approximately 170m of 300mm pipe, 160m of 375mm pipe and 5 new manholes. The expected trench depth varies between 1.2m and 2.5m. Please note the painted pedestrian crossing and surface outside of Feilding High School which must be re-instated to existing.
The works comprise the supply of all labour, plant and materials to construct the trunk main sewer extension. All construction works are to comply with the construction drawings, relevant standards, this technical specification and any consent conditions.
Due to the projects proximity to Feilding High School there is a strong preference that the work on North and Churcher Street is completed during a school holiday period before the end of June 2021.
