The objective of this procurement is to establish a partnership with a supplier to provide value for money services to:
· deliver taxation services and advice, to at least the State’s desired quality and performance measures;
· help the State to improve its tax efficiency and business procedures by providing (and transforming as required) processes, technology and resourcing models aligned to industry best practice and standards;
· promptly notifying and assisting with changes in tax;
· advise and assist the State with regard to the taxation implications of structural changes; and
· actively engage and communicate with the existing Government agencies as listed in the section of this document titled “The State”.
