Tender Description
A small artist studio is available for lease at the Joyce Wheatley Community Centre.
The studio is a 3m x 3m space and includes:
- private, lockable, carpeted room
- skylight
- air conditioning
- desk and chair/s
- shelving
- communal kitchen
- fully accessible
The studio can accommodate up to two (2) people and is available for twelve (12) week lease arrangements at a total cost of $720.
