3 Waters Reticulation Maintenance Contract

⁠⁠⁠Waitomo District Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the 3 Waters Reticulation Maintenance Contract as per the Specifications contained in the documents to download.

ENQUIRIES: Any questions in relation to the Tender Documents must be submitted in writing to Principal's Contact Person, Paul Moller email: paul.moller@waitomo.govt.nz. Final date for enquiries is 4pm, Wednesday 3 February 2021.

SUBMISSIONS: Electronic tenders will not be accepted. Tenders must be placed in the Tender Box on the Ground Floor, Waitomo District Council Office, 15 Queen Street, Te Kuiti, before the closing time. Tenders are to be submitted in two sealed envelopes (Envelope 1 Non Price Information and Envelope 2 Price Information) contained within a large sealed envelope. All the envelopes must be labelled clearly "Tender for Contract No. WDC 500/20/008 3 Waters Reticulation Maintenance Contract", and have the Tenderer's name clearly identified on the outside of the envelope.

When tenders are forwarded by courier the word "TENDER" must be clearly marked on the outer courier envelope so staff can place the tender in the Tender Box. Tenders forwarded by courier should be addressed as follows:
