Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Contractors for the Refurbishment of the Forsyth Park Community Centre Playground in Neutral Bay.
Works are outlined in the drawings and schedule of works. Works include site preparation, partial demolition, salvaging and refurbishment of existing play equipment, minor earthworks, drainage and hydraulic works, timber works including building a cubby, a hardwood timber deck, a timber climbing apparatus, refurbishing an existing sandpit, stonework, installation of play equipment, installing a play tap, and garden bed preparation, planting and finishing.
