Rowe St Car Park Operator and Security Monitoring Tender

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The City of Ryde has an area of 40.651 square kms and lies in the central northern part of the Sydney Metropolitan area, approximately 12kms from the centre of Sydney. The City occupies, most of the divide between the Parramatta and Lane Cover rivers and has 16 suburbs within its boundaries.
ABOUT THE TENDER: The Council of the City of Ryde is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for a car park operator to manage the operations of the car park.
The Car park will be unmanned and managed via the car park management system equipment (the type is to be determined). The Tenderer is however expected to provide on-site response to issues and regular (weekly) inspections.
The car park has two entry/exit locations with: Rowe Lane "one out" Rowe St "one in and one out." The Car Park has 5 levels with a roller shutter governing access at Level 3 after hours (loop activated exit, pedestrian access to secure area is maintained.)
The designed system will be Ticketless with an extended free period. There is to be automated Entry Lanes, Exit lanes and an Automatic Pay Machine onsite.
Payment on Exit via Credit Card at the Boom Gate Exits and a Cash/Coin Pay station
Operator to monitor site wide CCTV, Car Park Equipment Intercom, Help Points and Digital Parking Guidance Signage.
Operator and/or its subcontractor is to possess a Master Security Licence and have access to a rated Security Monitoring Control Room. (For site-wide CCTV and SOS Points)
It is expected that intercom receivers are fluent in Korean and Chinese.
