Kurra Caravan Park Stage 1 (Camping Facility)

⁠⁠⁠Stage 1 Kurra Caravan Park Camping Facility Construction will involve the design and Construction of a Camping Facility on the proposed caravan park site. The Principal will engage the Construction Contractor in January 2021 with all Construction on site scheduled for completion by 15th April 2021.

Following Construction, the site will open and provide tourists with a Camping Facility until it is incorporated into the new caravan park.

The Camping Facility shall provide both grassed and paved camping sites, with a choice of power and water if requested. However, unlike the caravan park, it will not provide self-contained accommodation. The concept design for the Camping Facility shall include all the permanent infrastructure, facilities and amenities that would be expected in a permanent caravan park. By designing the Camping Facility in this manner, when constructed it will be of a standard that can be readily incorporated into the permanent Caravan Park.
Tenderers shall note that photographs of the site and buildings, Appendix 6.8, will be uploaded as an Addendum later in the week.
