Tender Description

This project involves internal and external works. Internal refurbishment works include floor finishes, ablutions, electrical & lighting infrastructure, replacement of kitchenette and repaint of painted surfaces. External repair works including replacement of corroded roof materials, replacement of hand railing at entries, repairs to spalling tile surfaces to access stairs, replacement of hot water units & Air Conditioning and repaint painted surfaces.
