Preferred Supplier Arrangement for Parks Asset Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Logan City Council is seeking to make an arrangement with Contractor/s to provide Parks Asset Maintenance across the City of Logan.
This arrangement will be made under three (3) separable portions:

• Separable Portion 1: Hard Asset Maintenance including painting, rust treatment and high-pressure cleaning;
• Separable Portion 2: Softfall Cleaning including herbicide spraying of Softfall; and
• Separable Portion 3: Water Feature Maintenance.

Note: It is Council's intent to set up Separable Portion 3 with a Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Contractor to service Councils water features across the City of Logan.

Tenderers can submit a response for one, multiple or all separable portions listed. All separable portions will be evaluated individually.
Council is committed to the development of competitive local businesses and industries by providing a governing framework to maximise opportunities for local businesses when bidding for contracts.

TENDER BRIEFING SESSION:

A tender briefing session will be held for prospective tenderers on Wednesday, 13 January 2021, at the Council Administration building (150 Wembley Road, Logan Central) at 1:00pm.

Attendance at the tender briefing session is not mandatory, however recommended to assist tenderers in understanding how to complete their submissions.

Prospective tenderers are to contact (email: tendering@logan.qld.gov.au) by Monday, 11 January 2021 advising the names of those proposing to attend the tender briefing session. A maximum of two (2) representatives per company are able to attend the briefing, to manage social distancing.

Attendees should present at enter location no later than ten (10) minutes prior to the time allocated. The tender briefing session is expected to conclude within one hour.
