Moreland City Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor for refurbishments and amenity improvements to the two sports pavilions located at Clifton Park:
The Clifton Park East Pavilion requires refurbishment to make the facility more female friendly, have compliant amenities and an overall more welcoming environment. This pavilion has two change rooms and amenities, separate male, female and DDA toilets, and a referee’s room. The project will be to refurbish these spaces with improved change room amenities for all attendees, players and umpires, including painting, non-slip flooring, signage and make the DDA toilet compliant with regulations.
The Synthetic Soccer Pitch Pavilion has two change rooms and separate male, female and DDA amenities however it is in much better condition than the Clifton Park East pavilion. Required works consist of amenity upgrades such as new pans, toilet seats, painting where needed, and signage.
